I was very disappointed with the purchase of these shoes

I was very disappointed with the purchase of these shoes. They smell of plastic and made with bad materials. For the prices they were I expected a better quality of materials on these shoes. Even the buckles looks cheap. I need to get a full refund and a return slip so I can send them back at no cost.
