At Maleney Boutique, we understand that sometimes the items delivered may not meet your expectations. No Stress, our easy returns process has got you covered.
Return & Refund
- Refunds for returns will only be issued in the form of a Store Credit.
- We accept returns of all items within 14 days of receival with the right to full refund.
- Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with no defects, no stains, no pet hair, no smells, or any signs that the item has been worn or used
- All tags attached and all packing slips included with the return.
- Shipping charges are not refundable.We are not responsible for returned shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.
- Feel free to ship your orders back with the carrier of your choice - shipping with tracking information is recommended.
- Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
Items that cannot be returned
- Sale item
- Any purchase using a 25% or higher discount
- Swimwear, bodysuites, undergarments, bras
- Accessories (Jewelry, Bags, Hats, Belts, Sunglasses, etc)
**PLEASE NOTE**
- Colour of item may not be exactly the same as viewed due to the difference in imaging on devices.
- You will receive your store credit via email in the form of a gift card and can be used to make a future purchase. We do not offer refunds.
How do I get my store credit?
Store credit will be sent to you via email in the form of a gift card. A gift card is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion emailed gift cards are sent to Spam folders, so please check there before reaching out to Customer Service. All gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
Exchanges:
In order to meet the needs of our customers and simplify the exchange process, you need to send us an email info@maleney.com and let us know the color and size you need for a replacement of the same item. If you would like to exchange for a different item, please inform us of the product name, color, and size you wish to exchange for. If you have any screenshots, that would be even better.
Cancellations:
- To cancel an order, email info@maleney.com within 24 hours of the order being placed. A 15% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellation requested after 24 hrs from the order being placed.
- Cancellations will only be completed during our standard customer service hours (Monday - Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM PST)
- Coupons utilized will NOT be reimbursed or re-issued.
